Responsibilities:

• Lead the accounts payable (AP) team to ensure that the overall AP performance is meeting targets
• Review monthly payments (for staff and vendors)
• Prepare month-end closing and relevant schedules for group consolidation
• Liaising with external parties, including banks, auditors & tax authorities
• Manage overall treasury function for Topcast group.
• Weekly and monthly monitoring of group bank balance and analysis on the fluctuation
• Prepare treasury reports for management review
• Assist on reviewing, optimizing and implementation of AP process to enhance productivity, including in CONCUR deployment to the company, including configuration, implementation, test and support of CONCUR modules to implement in system and to enhance existing functionality and overall performance
• Assist on developing, maintaining and assessing internal controls related to company accounting and financial reporting systems
• Establish and maintain internal financial control disciplines as well as ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or related discipline
• Accounting qualification of ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sizable company
• Hands-on experience in PTP & treasury, RTR is an advantage
• Solid knowledge in IFRS, accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Proactive to communicate with cross functional teams
• Interacts successfully with non-financial personnel as well as with internal and external auditors
• Self-starter, hands-on leader, take ownership, a team player and roll-up your sleeves attitude
• Excellent problem-solving skills, presentation skills and analytical mind
• Good command of verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
