System Specialist / System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the smooth operations of our ERP capabilities, deliver consistent & reliable technical support & data services for internal stakeholders including sales, product line management, supply chain, finance, and business analytics.
• Provide data validation and ensure data quality. Creating workflows or defining processes to maintain data integrity.
• Manage user and security roles in compliance with defined procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve usability, system controls, and business processes.
• Collaborate with business users to create new or modify existing macro excel reports and/or server-side scripting (VBA, T-SQL)
• Document and develop technical processes. Provides ERP systems technical support and training for all staff.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, supervisors, internal stakeholders, and external parties (such as ERP vendor and partners).
• Possess a well-rounded skill set to help other aspects of the IT department when needed
• Handling customer enquiries, RFQ;
• Source and submit sales quotations to customer;
• Track the status of quotations and proposals submitted to ensure successful resolution and sales closures;
• Develop a very clear and detailed understanding of customer needs;
• Process customer and vendor order;
• Any other duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Computer Science/ IT and related discipline
• 3 year of work experience with a strong technical understanding of SQL ERP systems required
• SQL (T-SQL), VBA, PHP experience required
• Ability to work as a team player and accept requests from multiple user levels.
• Ability to educate and explain technology to end users to ensure proper use of the technology.
• Excellent time management & organization skills, and ability to manage own schedule and prioritize effectively to ensure all items are being completed.
• Ability to continue to look for ways to improve systems, processes, and procedures.
• Excellent ability to learn new software or technology quickly, with an understanding on how they can help the business.
• Ability to work with critical deadlines, while also being able to handle day to day operations.
• Less experienced candidate with the basics, willingness to learn and strong interest in this field will also be considered
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Knowledge & experience in Python, Power BI, & Automation is a plus
