Gary joined Topcast as a Consultant in August 2022 and has been appointed as Head of Global MRO in March 2023.

Gary is a trusted aviation professional. With over 30 years of experience in aviation, including component MRO operations, design, technical services, value engineering, inventory management, business analytics, and marketing, Gary has worked in several senior positions at HAECO. His last position there was Assistant General Manager (Operations) before joining Topcast.

Qualifications

Gary is a member of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and a senior member of the American Society for Quality. He holds professional qualifications as a Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB). He also had the privilege of HKCAD E2 Design Approval and was a HKAR-21 Part G Form Four post-holder.

Gary holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hong Kong, a master’s degree in Financial Analysis from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, and a master’s degree in Applied Economics (with Distinction) from the City University of Hong Kong.
