Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assess training needs and design an annual training plan to meet talent development and business needs.
  • Design, develop and implement engaging and effective learning and development systems and programs, such as talent management systems, internship programs, high potential development programs, performance improvement programs, exchange workshops, and so on, to align with specific learning objectives and business goals.
  • Develop and deliver training materials tailored to different learning styles and preferences.
  • Establish a tracking mechanism to assess the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.
  • Implement, develop, and maintain various technology-based initiatives, including Learning Management System, e-learning, and related projects with related departments, like IT security online training.
  • Lead and support Topcast’s Academy development to facilitate different levels of staff learning needs.
  • Leverage the latest learning technology and market best practices for enriching current learning and development practices.
  • Maintains and updates training records & database.
  • Manage the logistics of program delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, including the pre and post assessments and Return on Investment measurement.
  • Revamp the Training & Development function to address critical training needs in a structured approach.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Training and Development or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in training and development management in sizable organizational and with practical experience in organization development.
  • Demonstrated track record in revamping the Training & Development function to cope with corporate strategy and direction.
  • Capable of a professional advisory role in the liaison with line managers on Training & Development initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience in learning technology solutions such as Webinar software, off-the-shelf e-Learning, and Learning Management System.
  • Good communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
