Topcast Expands Service Offerings with New ELT Capabilities for COMAC Projects

We are delighted to inform you that Topcast has completed all training and assessments for the Survival Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT) from Techtest, part of the HR Smith Group. The joint collaboration has recently secured projects with COMAC, including the C919 and ARJ21, utilizing their news series.

Topcast is now recognized as authorized service centers by HR Smith/Techtest, enabling both our MROs, Topcast Aviation Service Ltd. and AML Aviation Technologies Co Ltd. to carry out reprogramming and maintenance (battery replacement and testing) for HR Smith ELT ranges:

  • 500 – 12 series beacons
  • 500 – 27 series beacons
  • 500 – 32 series beacons

And the reprogramming of 503 series CPI’s
