Topcast Appoints Joyce Lee as Chief Financial Officer

Topcast announced today that Ms. Joyce Lee has joined the Group as Chief Financial Officer to oversee financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, financial share service, treasury and acquisition support, and internal control and compliance.

Ms. Lee joins the group more than 25 years of leadership experience in industries ranging from retail to security services and healthcare, boasting broad regional experience in emerging markets and Asia Pacific.

Most recently, Ms. Lee served as the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer for Gilead Sciences for international markets, which came after her various leadership roles including Commercial Head, and Regional Finance Director in Asia. Prior to the career at Gilead Sciences, Ms. Lee worked with Allergen Asia Limited, overseeing finance for China, Asia, and Japan, and operations in Hong Kong. Before joining Allergan, Ms. Lee worked with Chubb China, A.S. Watsons Group and Dairy Farm Group.

Ms. Lee has an MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a BA (Hons) in Accountancy from the City University of Hong Kong and is professionally qualified in Deloitte Touche Tomatsu. She is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an associate of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries.
