The solenoid is a crucial component of the 𝘊𝘰𝘤𝘬𝘱𝘪𝘵 𝘚𝘦𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘌-𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘬𝘦 to ensure the cockpit door unlock under 5 milliseconds otherwise the aircraft fuselage face the possible risk of deformation during a decompression incident (e.g., broken windshield). Only 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗥𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 authorized repair shops have the qualified repair expertises and testing capabilities to properly repair such a critical item.
