Mathieu joined Topcast in 2024. Before joining Topcast, he served as the Head of Market Product Management at Satair where he led one of the Satair Product Management team and managed global revenue and profitability growth objectives. He was also actively involved in creating and implementing Global Product Marketing plans. Prior to his tenure at Satair, Mathieu gained extensive experience across Africa and Europe in various industries. With his vast experience, we are confident that he will bring significant success to Topcast.

Gordon joined Topcast in 2020 as a Product Line Manager (PLM). Prior to this, he gained extensive expertise in project and sales management at a renowned regional company with a global market presence. As our PLM manager, he is responsible for managing key principal partners such as Adams Rite Aerospace and AvTechTyee. His key achievements include significantly increasing product line revenue during these years.

Due to Gordon’s outstanding contributions in Product Management, where he led cross-functional teams to achieve significant growth and numerous successful sales campaigns across various product lines, he has been appointed as the Regional Sales Director for APEC. His extensive product knowledge and focus on driving new business growth will be invaluable in sustaining progress and supporting the larger APEC Sales Team.

Paul brings over a decade of experience in management consulting and business transformation to his role at Topcast. His expertise centers around driving operational excellence and value creation through strategic initiatives, with a strong emphasis on digital transformation. He has a proven track record of leading complex projects across diverse industries, leveraging technology to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver measurable results.

Since joining Topcast in 2021, he has spearheaded key initiatives in supply chain management, logistics, and information technology, demonstrating his leadership and influence in driving impactful change. Paul is passionate about fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualification
He holds an MBA from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University.

In January 2024, Noel began working for Topcast as the Global Head of Human Resources. She has over 20 years of leadership experience in human resources from various regions, including 6 years in business aviation.

She was the Human Resources Director for Sino Jet Management Limited (Hong Kong, China, Macau, and Singapore) before joining Topcast. Noel has worked as a human resources director for fifteen years in a variety of industries across North Asia Pacific, which includes, but is not limited to, Hong Kong, China, Macau, Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, and so forth. She has also held positions in the fast-fashion, luxury retail, property, and business aviation sectors.

Qualification

Noel has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from The University of Hong Kong and a Master of Organization Development, Learning & Development (Merit) from Middlesex University of London. She received recognition as one of Hong Kong’s Top 50 Innovative Leaders in 2017. In 2020, she also received awards for Human Resources Director of the Year and Human Resources Rising Team.

Joanne joined Topcast as CFO in February 2024. 

Joanne is a strategic and value-driven executive with broad functional experience across finance, strategy, transformation and operations. Her global work experience spans across Asia Pacific, Europe and the United States.

Prior to joining Topcast, Joanne was the Deputy CFO at Animoca Brands, a web3 and digital assets company headquartered in Hong Kong.  Before that, she was the Senior Vice President of Finance at Gerson Lehrman Group, an expert insight network for professional learning and decision making, where she oversaw its APAC and EMEA businesses.  Joanne began her career as a management consultant in New York before returning to Hong Kong where she worked in strategy and operations at the Kowloon Motor Bus Company, the city’s largest public bus operator.

Qualifications

Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Transportation from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and was a recipient of the MIT Presidential Fellowship.

Rohit joined Topcast in 2007. And he has been appointed as Sales Director of EMEA at in 2020.

Rohit is a sophisticated sales leader known for developing strategies that led to market share and profitability gains. Rohit’s Engineering background and market knowledge is founded on a 19-year career, including 17 years in sales, purchase, and marketing.

Rohit has been grown in the aviation industry going through various transitions and challenges, reaching the heights of management from a general sales executive.

Rohit possesses a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronic Engineering).

Luis is an experienced leader with over 30 years of experience in the Aerospace and Power Generation Industries. Prior to joining Topcast, Luis worked as a Business Development Director for McKechnie Aerospace and Satair.

Before joining McKechnie Aerospace, Luis Worked at Teleflex, spearheading the expansion for Joint Ventures in Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Europe. He gained his first experience with a top leader in the Manufacture Industry Howmet, an Alcoa Company.

Qualifications
Luis possesses professional certifications including Metallurgist Certificate issued by Material Engineering institute ASM, Atomic Spectroscopy from Perkin Elmer Tech. Center, Six Sigma, Synchronous Manufacture, Phoenix Program for Maximum Achievement, Effective Leadership from LMI in Waco Texas, BBA in Management and completed courses in Chemistry from UPRAG in Puerto Rico.  Luis serves as an HOA Board Member President for a non-profit corporation for over 300 residents.

David joined Topcast in 2003 and grew into current role as Managing Director of China in 2020, which is a true testament to his accomplishments of driving significant growth at Topcast and also for his wealth of aviation experiences, knowledge and network.

After completing his undergraduate study, David started his career along the technical route working as a design engineer at a design institute for 10 years. He kicked off his aviation career with Hong Kong Swire Engineering first, and then he began his journey at Topcast in 2003.

David possesses a bachelor’s degree.

Steen has close to 40 years of experience in the aviation industry and has held various senior management positions for Satair, an Airbus company. Covering business development, sales, product management thru marketing & communication leadership. Most recent role was Vice President and Head of Business Development.

Since July 2019, with the creation of his company Karsbo Consulting, he has focused on providing independent consulting and advisory services to a wide range of OEM’s, investors, distributors, PE and VC companies and start-ups. Areas of service includes amongst others : After Market & Sales Strategies, M&A support/assessment, Supplier Management, New Business Strategies, Systems & Powerplant Supply Chain, Board Director and Board Advisory roles.

Steen has since August 2020 supported Topcast as a Senior Advisor to Executive Management and to the Board.

Orson joined Topcast in April 2020 and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this role, he was Chief Commercial Officer, where he was responsible for developing, planning, and executing product and service growth strategies, transformation initiatives, and enterprise digital programs to drive top-line growth and enhance operational performance. 

Orson Lo is an experienced executive with proven track record of transforming business operations and growing bottom-line across various market verticals.   

Prior to joining Topcast, Orson was a Managing Director at a boutique PE firm managing portfolio companies based in China and Europe with aggregated assets over $1.5 billion USD. He completed IPO of one portfolio company on the HKEx Main Board and was in the process of taking another portfolio company public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.  

Orson is an engineer by training and started his career in the semiconductor industry with Applied Materials. He also spent a few years at McKinsey & Company. After that, he spent many years further strengthening his general management skills by holding positions in corporate strategy, operations and product line management, as well as being an investment professional.
