Jarod brings 15 years of experience in leading business transformation, process re-engineering, and operational excellence to his role at Topcast. He oversees global supply chain and logistics operations, with a strong focus on driving productivity, optimizing end-to-end processes, and improving execution efficiency across Asia. He has a proven track record of delivering measurable operational performance improvements across diverse industries, including key projects for CLP Power Hong Kong, Jardine Aviation Services, Watsons Water, and Tao Heung Group.

Prior to joining Topcast, Jarod served as Project Lead for China and Hong Kong at Renoir Consulting and held leadership and project management roles at IMPAC (Integrated Control Systems). He is passionate about fostering operational excellence, practical change management, and sustainable continuous improvement.

Qualification:

Jarod holds a bachelor’s degree in Polymer Materials & Engineering from the Wuhan Institute of Technology. He is also a Certified Productivity Specialist (APS) and a Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II).

Adel brings extensive experience in business intelligence, data governance, and technology implementation to his role at Topcast. His expertise centers around driving digital transformation, optimizing enterprise data frameworks, and modernizing technology infrastructure to support global operations. He has a proven track record of bridging technical execution with strategic vision, leveraging data analytics to enhance decision-making, streamline processes, and deliver measurable business value.

Since joining Topcast in 2025, he has successfully expanded the company’s business intelligence platform and led key initiatives in AI-Augmented systems, data management and system governance across cross-functional teams. Adel is passionate about fostering a data-driven culture and continuous technological innovation.

Qualification:

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Saint Louis University and is a certified Microsoft Data Analyst Associate.

Swamy brings extensive specialized industry expertise to his role at Topcast, overseeing commercial and military sales strategy across the Americas. Most recently, he served as Vice President of the Aerospace Program at NorcaTec, where he successfully built and led robust aftermarket military aerospace distribution and trading programs for a global customer base. Swamy began his aviation career with over a decade in component MRO at AAR, starting as an A&P mechanic and advancing into strategic business development across both commercial and defense platforms.

Qualifications

Swamy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Baruch College, City University of New York.

Mathieu joined Topcast in 2024. Before joining Topcast, he served as the Head of Market Product Management at Satair where he led one of the Satair Product Management team and managed global revenue and profitability growth objectives. He was also actively involved in creating and implementing Global Product Marketing plans. Prior to his tenure at Satair, Mathieu gained extensive experience across Africa and Europe in various industries. With his vast experience, we are confident that he will bring significant success to Topcast.

Gordon joined Topcast in 2020 as a Product Line Manager (PLM). Prior to this, he gained extensive expertise in project and sales management at a renowned regional company with a global market presence. As our PLM manager, he is responsible for managing key principal partners such as Adams Rite Aerospace and AvTechTyee. His key achievements include significantly increasing product line revenue during these years.

Due to Gordon’s outstanding contributions in Product Management, where he led cross-functional teams to achieve significant growth and numerous successful sales campaigns across various product lines, he has been appointed as the Regional Sales Director for APEC. His extensive product knowledge and focus on driving new business growth will be invaluable in sustaining progress and supporting the larger APEC Sales Team.
