The Topcast leadership team, together with partners from 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐠 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐮𝐬, met with the 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐀𝐯𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐚 (𝐂𝐀𝐀𝐂), and honored to be received by 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐙𝐡𝐮 𝐖𝐞𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧 and leaders from the 𝐅𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 and 𝐀𝐢𝐫𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 departments. 
 
Discussions focused on the future of the aviation materials sector under China’s “15𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐢𝐯𝐞‑𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧,” including 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲, 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲-𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥, 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬 for 𝐏𝐌𝐀 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐔𝐒𝐌, and the development of 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 and 𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐬. While CAAC leaders also share the possibility of 𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐔𝐒𝐌 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦.
