Shashank joined TOPCAST as Chief Commercial Officer in January 2024.

Shashank has been in Sales related leadership roles for more than 25 years and he held commercial management positions at companies like Honeywell in Singapore and Malaysia, Rolls Royce in India, ADAT in the UAE, Bombardier in India and recently Vestas in India.

He focused on all commercially relevant topics incl. selling aircraft and components, managing rotable programs, contracts, forecasting, pricing, aftermarket and distribution, product line management, managing long-term projects, managing operations and change management.

Qualifications

Shashank holds a BA in Economics from the Delhi University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management.

Wolfgang joined TOPCAST as Chief Executive Officer in August 2023.

Wolfgang Tatzer is a seasoned executive with more than 35 years of leadership experience.

Prior to joining Topcast, Wolfgang Tatzer worked as the VP of Sales and later as President of Telair, the world’s leading Tier 1 supplier of aerospace cargo loading solutions.

Prior to this, he spent more than a decade at Aerospace Distributor Satair, overseeing product management teams with responsibility for some of the largest product lines of the Satair portfolio of aircraft system OEM’s supporting full scale global distribution contracts.

Qualifications

Wolfgang holds a master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Munich, Germany. He also is a Master of Systemic Counselling and Coaching and participated in the Transdigm Leadership Program at the USC/Marshall School of Business in California, USA.

Orson joined Topcast in April 2020. As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for deriving, planning, and driving product and service growth plans, transformation initiatives and enterprise digital strategies to drive top-line growth and operational improvements. 

Orson Lo is an experienced executive with proven track record of transforming business operations and growing bottom-line across various market verticals.   

Prior to joining Topcast, Orson was a Managing Director at a boutique PE firm managing portfolio companies based in China and Europe with aggregated assets over $1.5 billion USD. He completed IPO of one portfolio company on the HKEx Main Board and was in the process of taking another portfolio company public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.  

Orson is an engineer by training and started his career in the semiconductor industry with Applied Materials. He also spent a few years at McKinsey & Company. After that, he spent many years further strengthening his general management skills by holding positions in corporate strategy, operations and product line management, as well as being an investment professional. 

Qualifications

Orson holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
